Understanding and protecting your supply chain

A hands-on guide to help businesses map out their supply chain to identify key areas of exposure, with practical guidance on how to prepare for, mitigate and transfer the risks of supply disruption.

Supply-chain management is inherently complex, especially in an age of Brexit uncertainties, increasing protectionism and global political upheaval.

The nature and extent of supply chain risk varies from country to country and company to company and can extend well beyond first tier suppliers.

In Europe, QBE developed the Supply Chain Risk Index, which looks at 20 indicators of threats to supply chains in fifteen European markets.  The results highlight which countries had the most and fewest threats for those managing a business supply chain and underline the level of potential exposure to business interruption.

Download Understanding and Protecting Your Supply Chain for guidance on how to map out your biggest threats, prepare for interruptions in supply and manage and transfer the risks of doing business at home and abroad.
